Lovely hotel centrally located in the old town but close to access buses or book an Uber, the Galleries or Cabot Circus shopping centres are less than 10 minute walk and the train station was about 15 mins along the canal. Spacious room that was cleaned and towels replaced daily. Breakfast was self-service with an array of yoghurts, pastries, breads, fruit, cereals, or a fry, all delicious. We had dinner on 1 of our 3 night stay, which was delicious and great value of £25 for 3 courses. Bar service had a good selection of wines, beers and cocktails, no complaints and hopefully we will return again.

The Location of the hotel was perfect! I was getting married at a venue in St. Nicholas Market so was only a 5-10 minute walk to the venue. The room was lovely and the perfect size for getting ready, and very comfortable. I also would like to say a massive thank you to the member of staff that checked me in, he was very kind and as soon as I told him it was my wedding he changed my room, which made it 100 times easier to get to my hotel room (particularly when I was going out in my wedding dress and coming back in)

Katie

Great location in the centre, in an attractive old street, 15 mins walk from Bristol Temple Meads station, 10 to the lively river area and 5 to the covered markets. The staff were very helpful, going out of their way to help me store my bicycle in the basement carpark. My partner needed to work the day we checked out, and the setup was excellent for that, with good wifi and a comfortable hotdesk-style area with lots of plug sockets, tucked away just down from the bar. Great breakfast.

Becky

Modern rooms, big bathroom, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The location is very good. Close to restaurants, cafés, St. Nicholas market with lots of food stalls. The river is 5 minutes away on foot and the university area 10 minutes. To get to the bridge in Clifton the walk is longer, about 35 minutes but very doable and enjoyable throughout Bristol and the Clifton area. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Maria

Great located and clean hotel. Quiet room with a modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The gym was good equipment with dumbbells, 2 benches, fitness and medicin balls, and different cardio machines. I would stay here again.
